The Dolphins at our PORTAL SEMINAR
In addition to hearing fascinating facts and information of interspatial traveling in time and space, there will be opportunities to meet the free-swimming Hawaiian Spinner dolphins. There are nearly one thousand Spinner dolphins who frequent the bays along the entire West coast of the Big Island. Although they convene off shore at night to encircle fish and feed on them, during the day they separate into smaller groups of 30 to 150 and swim close to shore in their respective chosen bays north and south of Kona town. Andrew D. Basiago, J.D., M.C.R.P., M.Phil, the team leader of Project Pegasus and the founder and president of M.A.R.S. (Mars Anomaly Researcy Society), is an American lawyer, writer, chrononaut and visionary. In the 1960's, Mr. Basiago was a boy aged 6 who was one of a small group of children who were chosen to be part of a time-space scientific, military exploration to past and future events via teleportation. The program was named: Project Pegasus and it was administered by DARPA, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. As a child, he served from 1969 to 1972 in DARPA's time-space program. While an undergraduate at UCLA, Andy studied American history during the day while attending a night school in strategic intelligence administered by the Naval Postgraduate School.
He confirms that the United States has been teleporting individuals to Mars, to our past and to the future, for decades, and recounts the awe-inspiring trips that he took to Mars as a Chrononaut in the early 1980’s after he was tapped to go there because he had experienced teleportation as a child participant in Project Pegasus.
Andy was identified in early childhood as an “Indigo” child with special abilities, including the ability to use his mind to levitate small objects and to perform telepathy by reading the minds of others. A past member of Mensa, the high IQ society, he holds five degrees, including a BA in History from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Master of Philosophy from the University of Cambridge.
Andy met Alfred Lambremont Webre in 2008 when he publicly revealed his memories of his childhood experiences in Project Pegasus and the significance of Mr. Webre's Exopolitics book. Andy believes that lobbying the US government to declassify its secret teleportation capability, so that teleportation can be adopted globally as the leading form of civilian transport, is the most important environmental cause of our time. Bernard Mendez,
Mr. Mendez was both a fellow chrononaut taking jumps with Andrew Basiago, and a federal investigator whose primary function was investigating questions like: “Where are the chrononauts actually going when they enter the jump rooms?” There was some concern that the species of Grey extraterrestrials who were working with the CIA’s jump room program, were over riding the teleportation technology. Mr. Mendez, who once served as a special assistant to President Richard M. Nixon, was investigating the jump room program for the US intelligence community when Andrew was involved.
Mr. Mendez explains that his mission to evaluate the CIA’s jump room program originated from discrepancies being reported by the jump rooms on the east coast (New York City) and west coast (El Segundo, California) respectively. The original jump room technology had been transferred from a species of Grey extraterrestrials to the U.S. government. Bernard found that the Grey extraterrestrials may have been covertly interfering with the functioning of the jump room teleportation technology.
The U.S. government deployed Mr. Mendez, along with an evaluation team that included several prominent U.S. astronauts, to determine the causes of these discrepancies. Mr. Mendez participated in the 1980-83 CIA jump room program with Andy and sitting President Barack Obama, and engaged Mr. Obama in jump room experiments.
