BIOGRAPHY: (Please read this slowly and carefully. There is a lot of information here. J.O. )
Identified as an Intuitive Empath(IE)with precognitive abilities as a child, Corey Goode was recruited through one of the MILAB (military black ops) programs at the young age of six. Goode trained and served in the military program from 1976-1986/87. Towards the end of his time, he was assigned to an IE support role for a rotating Earth Delegate Seat (shared by secret earth government groups) in a “human-type” ET Super Federation Council.
Goode’s IE abilities played an important role in communicating with non-terrestrial beings (termed “interfacing”) as part of one of the Secret Space Programs (SSP). During his 20 year service he had a variety of experiences and assignments including the Intruder Intercept Interrogation Program, to determine the motives and attitudes of incoming extraterrestrial civilization people and assignment to the ASSR “ISRV”– Auxiliary Specialized Space Research, Interstellar Class Vessel, on which he traveled via these space vehicles to distant planets to observe and communicate with the life forms there. This all occurred in a “20 Years and Back to Earth” agreement from 1986/87-2007 with recall work occurring now, as of this present day.
Goode now works in the information technology and communications industry with 20 years’ experience in hardware and software virtualization, physical and IT security, counter electronic surveillance, risk assessment, and executive protection; while also serving in the Texas Army State Guard (2007-2012), C4I (Command, Control, Communications, Computation & Intelligence). The time in the Texas Military Forces was unrelated to the Secret Space Program Service.
Goode continues his IE work now and is in direct physical contact with the benevolent Blue Avians(of the Sphere Being Alliance)who have chosen him as a delegate to interface with multiple ET Federations and Councils on their behalf, to liaison with the SSP Alliance Council, and to deliver important messages to humanity. He is transported to various locations including bases on Mars and to some of the planets’ occupied moons.

Andrew D. Basiago, J.D., M.C.R.P. (Dist), M.Phil. (Cantab), 51, the team leader of Project Pegasus and the founder and president of Mars Anomaly Research Society (MARS), is an American lawyer, writer, chrononaut, and 21st century visionary.
A past member of Mensa, the high IQ society, he holds five degrees, including a BA in History from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Master of Philosophy from the University of Cambridge. Andy was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association in 1996 and maintains a private practice in Washington.
Andy served in DARPA’s Project Pegasus at the dawn of the Time-Space Age and was one of humanity’s early Mars explorers.

Secret Space Program Conferences discuss Full Disclosure & Humanity’s Future

Secret Space Program (SSP) whistleblower Corey Goode claims he has just completed three diplomatic conferences with representatives of different secret space programs, human looking extraterrestrial visitors and global elites. The purpose of the conferences held from June 5-7, 2015, were to find how each of these groups would respectively respond to the disclosures soon to occur where humanity learns about the existence of extraterrestrial life and secret space programs; and where a new global financial system replaces the current exploitative one that leads to ‘financial slavery’ for many. In Corey’s responses to questions about the three conferences (see below), he explains each in terms of where they took place, who was attending, the way each conference was organized, its agenda, outcome, and what his own role was in attending these conferences.
Corey has described how he was taken to each of the conference meetings in the early morning hours where a blue sphere or orb would appear in his home and physically transport him to each location. He describes the sphere as belonging to a recently arrived group of extraterrestrial visitors called the “Sphere Being Alliance” that are facilitating major global and solar system changes as a result of transformative cosmic energies coming into our region of the galaxy. Corey describes the key role of one of Sphere Alliance’s representatives in the meetings, “Raw-Tear-Eir,” who is of the Blue Avian race, one of five extraterrestrial races making up the Sphere Alliance.
The June 5 meeting took place at “Lunar Operations Command,” on the far side of the moon, and was with the “SSP Alliance Council” which he describes as “a tenuous alliance of leaders who have cliques and sub-factions that do not completely trust one another.” Most members are from the Solar Warden Space program (as revealed by hacker, Gary McKinnon), with others made up from defectors from the Interplanetary Corporation Conglomerate (ICC), members of the “Dark Fleet” caught here within a solar system wide quarantine imposed by the Sphere Being Alliance, and others from smaller rogue military space programs. Corey describes how information about the U.S. government personal file was recently collected and will be used in upcoming war crime trials where the “defectors” will testify. This was especially significant given that on June 4, the personnel files of four million U.S. government employees had been hacked. The incident was blamed on China.
The June 7 meeting involved representatives of up to 60 different humanoid extraterrestrial races with their own distinct interests about the Earth’s future. Corey clarifies that he is the delegate representing the Sphere Being Alliance, and therefore given a delegate's place at the meeting where he can listen to all that transpires through the delegate's chair, which has universal translator type technology where all that is said and heard is translated. Others, sitting in non-delegate chairs, such as the SSP Alliance Council representative, Lt Col Gonzales, do not know what is said, and rely on Corey to report back to them.
Corey describes the Committee of 200 and other groups representing elite interests on Earth as attempting to stall, distract or manufacture violent conflicts that will enable them to prevent future disclosures about Secret Space programs and extraterrestrial life.
The issues discussed at the three diplomatic conferences Corey Goode attended from June 5 until 9, are astounding in their implications. Humanity is about to witness the most remarkable set of disclosures about extraterrestrial life and secret space programs imaginable. The scope of these programs, and the crimes committed in them, will lead to war crimes that dwarf those conducted at Nuremberg, and will usher in enormous global changes at political, technological and economic levels.
An appropriate research dictum to apply to Corey’s claims is “extraordinary claims require an extraordinary investigation.” That requires keeping an open mind as we analyze Corey’s claims; consider personal factors such as his sincerity, commitment and consistency; circumstantial evidence; look for documentary and hard evidence, interview supporting witnesses such as Lt Col Gonzales, and analyze any documents that emerge that may be part of the promised massive document dump that Corey had described as accompanying the “full disclosure event.”

Simon Parkes. U.K.. is a life long experiencer of ET, shadow beings, elementals and ufo’s. Linda Moulton Howe, Earthfiles investigative reporter, discussed odd earthquakes and low rumblings that have been happening in the Cedarville and Mt. Lassen, California region; the 51st anniversary of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy; and a pregnant cow mutilation with a possible implant in the ear in a Missouri pasture, at the same time as a neighbor saw a beam of light extend down from a bright object in the sky.
Linda detailed several reports of loud boom sounds heard around the country. People in the town of Cedarville have reported swarms of small earthquakes associated with ominous rumbling sounds and periodic unidentified aerial phenomenon. Strange aerial lights have appeared over the town and seem to be linked to the low rumbling sound. "If you heard low rumbling, you knew lights were coming," a resident said.
Linda received many emails about “high strangeness praying mantis entity encounters” from people who have read about them on her website and people who heard about them on her interview on Coast to Coast AM, broadcast on December 17-18, 2015. Apparently many people have encountered these Mantis ETs and experience them as a loving and wise off-planet civilization.
Linda Moulton Howe received her 1965 B.A. cum laude in English Literature from the University of Colorado. In 1966, Howe was awarded the Stanley Baubaire Scholarship for her Master's Degree work at Stanford University, Palo Alto, California. She received her Master's degree in Communication from Stanford University in 1968, where she produced a documentary film for the Stanford Medical Center and her Master's Thesis, "A Picture Calculus," at the Stanford Linear Accelerator.
Howe has devoted her documentary film, television, radio, writing and reporting career to productions concerning science, medicine and the environment. She has received local, national and international awards, including three regional Emmys, a national Emmy nomination and a Station Peabody award for medical programming. While she was Director of Special Projects at KMGH-TV, Channel 7, Denver, Colorado from 1978 to 1983, her documentaries included Poison in the Wind and A Sun Kissed Poison which compared smog pollution in Los Angeles and Denver; Fire In The Water about hydrogen as an alternative energy source to fossil fuels; A Radioactive Water about uranium contamination of public drinking water in a Denver suburb; and A Strange Harvest (1980)[7] and Strange Harvests (1993), which explored the animal mutilation mystery. Another film, A Prairie Dawn, focused on astronaut training in Denver. She has also produced documentaries in Ethiopia and Mexico for UNICEF about child survival efforts and for Turner Broadcasting in Atlanta about environmental challenges in the television series Earthbeat.
In addition to television, Howe produces, reports and edits the award-winning science, environment and earth mysteries news website, Earthfiles.com. She also reports monthly science, environment and earth mysteries news for Premiere Radio Networks Coast to Coast AM with George Noory and news updates for Dreamland Radio at Unknowncountry.com.
In 2005, she traveled to Amsterdam, to the Dolphins and E.T. Civilizations conference in Hawaii, and several other U.S. conferences to speak about her investigative journalism. She was interviewed for the Canadian award-winning documentary, Star Dreams, about crop circles. She has been a champion for the dolphins and whales investigating their tragic deaths in the ocean.
In 2004, Howe was on-camera television reporter for The History Channel's UFO Files documentary investigation of an August 2004 cow death in Farnam, Nebraska. A few of Howe's other television productions have included The World of Chemistry for PBS; a two-hour special Earth Mysteries: Alien Life Forms in association with WATL-Fox, Atlanta. Howe was Supervising Producer and Original Concept Creator for UFO Report: Sightings financed by Paramount Studios and the Fox network in Los Angeles. Its first broadcast was in October 1991, which became the Sightings series on Fox.

Courtney Brown is a mathematician and social scientist who teaches in the Department of Political Science at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Courtney Brown: What is Remote Viewing? Here's a Simple Explanation ...
Remote viewing is a controlled and trainable mental process involving psi (or psychic ability). It is used to transfer perceptual information across time and space. It is clear that remote viewing works in complete violation of the accepted "laws" of quantum and relativistic physics. So those "laws" are incomplete. There is a theory about why it works on the level of physics, but that theory has not yet gained mainstream acceptance. The core of that theory involves an interpretation of quantum mechanics that is known as the "Other Worlds" interpretation of the famous "two-slit experiment" that was developed by Hugh Everett and published in 1957. A majority of mainstream physicists currently do not support that theory, but the number of physicists who do support it is significant and growing.
Remote-viewing procedures were originally developed in laboratories funded by the United States military and intelligence services and used for espionage purposes. The scientific understanding of the remote-viewing phenomenon has greatly advanced in recent years, and as a result the process of remote viewing can now be reliably demonstrated in both laboratory and operational settings. There are a number of styles of remote-viewing procedures that are popularly practiced, such as Scientific Remote Viewing (SRV), Controlled Remote Viewing (CRV), as well as a few others. Remote viewers use one or more of these styles to gather descriptive data of a "target," which is usually some place or event at some point in time. Remote viewing is always done under blind conditions, which means that the remote viewer must know nothing about the target when conducting the remote-viewing session. All of the various styles of remote viewing require both training and regular practice in order for a remote viewer to become proficient. Remote viewing is normally considered a controlled shifting of awareness that is performed in the normal waking state of consciousness, and it does not typically involve an out-of-body experience, hypnosis, an altered state of consciousness, or channeling.
Remote viewing is often performed in laboratory experiments involving psi functioning. The targets used in such experiments are normally considered "verifiable," which means that everything that needs to be known about such targets either has been or can be determined so that the remote-viewing data can be compared with the target facts. A great deal of research is currently being done with regard to remote-viewing processes. Researchers are trying to understand the underlying mechanism of psi functioning, as well as to develop theories that explain various known and repeatable phenomena associated with remote viewing.
It is a matter of historical record that remote viewing has been used operationally in the past with considerable success by the U.S. government for espionage purposes, and a number of books recounting such programs have been published. There was even an official (and largely positive) governmental evaluation of a significant part of the government's early remote-viewing program. Popular interest in remote viewing is often associated with this history. Current levels of governmental support for remote-viewing research and operations in the United States are not publicly known, although it is commonly assumed that efforts to utilize remote viewing for espionage purposes continues today, both in the U.S. and elsewhere.
The Farsight Institute is a nonprofit research and educational organization that is dedicated to understanding the remote-viewing phenomenon itself through the process of scientific experimentation. It is our belief that a more complete understanding of the remote-viewing phenomenon will have collateral benefits to much of science and society.
