There is an interesting energetic field created when I focus on the reality of time travel. I know that I have done it and it is as natural as drinking water from a stream. However, the predominant thoughtforms on planet Earth and the beliefs I have accumulated while here, have a tendency to block my memories of time travel. As I read the experiences of time-traveling people, my memories in the physical cells of my bioelectric body are activated/restored. They begin to resonate with the particular field of energy that is a portal for matter to pass through and be regenerated elsewhere. I can merge with the expanding Oneness and bi-locate. The dolphins are masters of this ability and they are demonstrating it to us. (reference Joan Ocean's Book: Dolphins into the Future; 1997)

This experience of Time Traveling is an inherent capability available to people on Earth to increase the light of love in our environment. It assists us to experience Universal Love and "bring it here." This is why it is surfacing now. It is decision time on Earth. There are at least 3 different choices being offered to earthlings. 1.) To remain a part of the current belief systems under the pervasive control of a self-serving minority of individuals. 2.) To be undecided about the right thing to do, and remain in a state of confusion and fear due to conflicting, controversial, three-dimensional data 3.) To move into action unhesitatingly, and choose to bring the light of love, truth, compassion, openness and cooperation to the planet by the humanitarian decisions you are making in your daily life.

To participate in choice three takes dedication. We are talking about our frequencies and fields of energy, which need constant attunement. Like the dolphins and whales in the ocean, the cells of our bodies are resonating our frequency into our environment and affecting it. To participate as senders-of-love, our every thought, word, action and feeling resonates frequencies of love and cooperation. Doing this, in each moment, with awareness, connects us to "The Portal"---to the pure stream of universal energy from which "Love" gets its name. It is always there for us. It responds to our transmissions of love, and amplifies it. As we resonate our Light, purely and strongly, we draw Love to us. On August 12, 2003 humanity was blessed with an unusual opportunity to access this hyperspace Portal. We accessed it most powerfully thru the amplification of group transmissions for the good of the earth.

Immense increments of love will come into the Portal, enter the present field of earth energy, touch the heart of the Earth and all her people and instantaneously create a new understanding of the value of life. There is now occurring a planetary shift as the advanced spiritual concepts enter the planetary matrix of everyone. It can be called a dimensional shift as we "ascend" into higher frequencies of love and gratitude.

This frequency-shift was greatly increased on August 12, 2003 when the Earth's Biorhythmic Energy Fields peaked and created a new possible reality. As we choose to access this Portal, our geometric pattern merged with celestial Light patterns of great Beauty and Wisdom, and all of our thoughtforms and images were elevated. We entered the higher planes of existence.

You will notice a step-up in the level of synchronicity that enters your life. Many supportive people, experiences and essential information will come to you. The more involved you choose to be and the more you are willing to speak, seek, write and play your truth, the deeper and more profound these multidimensional experiences become. It is the actualization of all our deepest wisdom and inner knowing. How Wonderful!

With the dolphins’ messages in 2009 about a Window in Time and my ongoing awareness of my own experiences of visiting the future, it was predictable that I would co-facilitate a 2011 symposium in Kona, Hawaii with Jean-Luc Bozzoli entitled, Dolphins and Teleportation.

This decision was suggested by my Arcturian friends and supported by their guidance, leading me to hear Andrew D. Basiago speak on Coast 2 Coast, late night radio. Something on a soul or cellular level was triggered within me. An inner message that told me: “Andrew's experiences of teleportation is a truth-telling, and it relates to your reasons for being on Earth.”

Andrew’s information resonated so deeply with me. I sensed his integrity and his wish to educate humanity about an important Truth that had been withheld. The truth of our teleportation capabilities within the classified projects of the Department of Defense. Hearing his revelations, I was very moved.
 
As my friends know who live here, I began playing Andy’s recorded interviews to everyone who had the time to sit and listen.  And if you rode with me in my car, you would also be treated to Andy’s voice ….. at all hours… interview after interview.   Do you ever feel that you are being guided along in ways not always clear to you?

Certain remarks made by Andy about his early years in the DARPA program made me listen more closely  ----  to Pay Attention. 

As he spoke I was having memory recalls of things in my past.

Listening to Andy’s interview...... He was living in New Jersey as a boy participating in the Department of Defense teleportation experiments. (that is where I lived for the first 22 years of my life). He spent time at Curtis Wright Corporation. That was a ten minute drive from my childhood home in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey.   He teleported to Sandia National Labs, New Mexico (that is where I insisted my husband take me on our honeymoon in 1961. We drove all the way to the top of the mountain to find nothing of interest there.  But I had a strong desire to go there.  Why?  I remember the incident very well because our 1960 Oldsmobile, although brand new, kept stalling as we drove up the mountain and again while coming down.  It was dangerous, because when it stalled, the power steering and brakes had limited use.) 

Andy continued to relate his childhood experiences, he teleported back from New Mexico to New Jersey to the Lenni  Lenape Indian Reservation. (That is where I lived in the late 1960’s. I bought my first house in Oakland, New Jersey.  My address was 27 Lenni Lenape Lane.)

 Andy spoke about Morristown, New Jersey and the Ford Mansion (my great aunts lived there in Morris Plains, I often visited them; and my father’s family, the Wesson’s are related to the Fords.)

To me this is an example of how our dormant memories and guidance systems work for us when we are alert to the signs.  These similarities that struck a familiar note to me, were encoded messages that caused me to pay attention to what I was hearing and research it further to expand my spiritual knowledge and memories.

Andy talked about a CIA agent he knew and worked with in Los Angeles. This triggered a memory in me of a CIA agent who repaired my computer  when I lived on Oahu in the 1980’s. I even acknowledged this agent on the first page of my book: Dolphin Connection…. Steven Bellamy. Who was this man?  Jean-Luc was with me, he met him too.  He told us he was trying to get out of the CIA, but it wasn’t easy. Why was he telling us that?  Both Jean-Luc and I recall that this man came to ‘repair’ our computer at our home in Lanikai, Oahu.  But we didn’t own a computer yet.  So why was he really in our house?  Even if we had a computer, we wouldn’t have called someone to repair it because we had two techie friends who would do that for us for free if we needed it.  I cannot recall the details of his talks with us.

While chatting with us, this CIA agent gave me some technical information regarding Pine Gap that I was to pass on to an engineer in Australia.  I was on my way to visit Australia.  Jean-Luc was a Resident of Australia and we visited Sydney every six months.  Unexpectedly, when arriving there we were invited to a party in the town of Bondi Bay where I met the engineer, and relayed the information.

I remembered this when Andy mentioned the role of Couriers. … of his being a Courier.  I remembered being a courier myself.  In my experiences, I would hear a beeping sound in my head that could be heard every half hour, causing me to become super alert and be guided to a scientist or engineer to reveal certain private and technological pieces of essential information. The information made little sense to me, but was always appreciated by the man I gave it to.  I remember many incidents of doing this. The information was positive. It was helpful for the Earth and humanity.  It would save lives. It was not war related.  I do not recall how I received these messages to pass on as a Courier, but the engineers were appreciative and seemed to know exactly how to apply the information I was giving them.  I did not have ongoing contact with these people.  It was always a once-only contact in a public place, at a party, on a plane, in Conferences or sometimes at Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California.

If I had to make an educated guess, I would say the source of the information was the loving and advanced  Extra-dimensional people that I have had contact with since childhood.  I was someone who could relay their messages, whereas the scientists working on projects for the good of mankind, may not be able to receive telepathic transmissions readily, and phones and mail were not secure.  

The list of activated memories while listening to Andy Basiago goes on and on.  Andy was a catalyst for me.  I feel that I was guided to hear him and meet with him.  His time travel experiences served as another spiritual awakening along my own path.

 

When I heard that Andrew had met Alfred Lambremont Webre and they were working together, I took it as another sign to look closely at this friendship and be involved.  Alfred is a truthful and committed pioneer in achieving Higher Consciousness and exploring the roles of civilizations in the Multiverse and our quantum relationship to them. 

This subject of the Multiverse is another expansive hypothesis about the cosmos, that humanity needs now, that will propel us into another level of awareness, of higher consciousness into a new reality with a greater world view.

Alfred was an invited speaker at my Conference in 2005: Dolphins and ET Civilization Conference.  It seemed meaningful to me, that Andy and Alfred had joined forces. Alfred’s book EXOPOLITICS: Politics, Government and Law in the Unverse, published in 2005 had been read by the engineers in the DARPA project of the 1970s when they brought his book back from the future.

From Alfred I learned about Laura Magdalene Eisenhower.  I listened to her and knew immediately she provided an essential reminder of our evolutionary path…… the heart and essence of our planet, representing the consciousness of Earth. Her soul is intertwined with Gaia and Sophia.

These three friends, keynote speakers at the Dolphins and Teleportation Symposium in 2011, shared a compilation of personal experiences including physical Time Travel to multiple locations including our Past and our Future; definitive proof of time travel with interstellar civilizations,  photographic slides of life forms on Mars; details of the terrain from the witnesses and also the actual visitations to past events such as the Civil War, signing of the Declaration of Independence, Lincoln’s Gettysburg address, Martians on Earth; and the actual encounter with the holographic Matrix that oversees our planet, tha surrounds our planet in hyperspace. Also teleportation, changing time lines; E.T. Contact; quantum merging; heart opening, cell activating, soul leadership, Geomancy; Gaia and Sophia; mysticism and physics with logic and wisdom; Alternative 4 - the peaceful reality we are choosing to create; bringing Galactic Peace to World Peace on Earth.

Andrew D. Basiago, the founder and president of M.A.R.S. and team leader of Project Pegasus, is a lawyer, writer, scholar, and 21st century visionary.

“He [Mr. Basiago] confirms that the United States has been teleporting individuals to Mars for decades and recounts the awe-inspiring and terrifying trips that he took to Mars in 1981 after he was tapped to go there because he had teleported as a child participant in Project Pegasus.”  
Mr. Basiago has also publicly confirmed that in 1970, in the company of his late father, Raymond F. Basiago, an engineer for The Ralph M. Parsons Company who worked on classified aerospace projects, he met three Martian astronauts at the Curtiss-Wright Aeronautical Company facility in Wood Ridge, New Jersey while the Martians were there on a liaison mission to Earth and meeting with US defense-technical personnel.

Mr. Basiago was featured in “A Conversation with Andrew D. Basiago,” a six-hour interview posted by Jessica Schab-Mystic on YouTube.  

In the 39-part interview, he relates his experiences in DARPA’s Project Pegasus as one of America’s early time-space explorers during the period 1969-72 and narrates the seven episodes over 40 years in which the CIA, in possession of a “quantum access” capability since 1967-68, briefed him about his destiny as a public figure who would one day be principally associated with the discovery of life on Mars.  

Ms. Schab writes that in this “six-hour interview, American lawyer Andrew D. Basiago, 47, narrates the hidden history of his discovery of life on Mars in 2008 and reveals the fact that by 1968 the US intelligence community was already aware of aspects of his later Mars work.
“Andy tells the phenomenal story of seven briefings over 40 years in which he was shown evidence of his destiny involving the discovery of life on Mars, and explains how the emergence of time travel and this epochal future event were interlinked.

“According to Andy, by 1968, the CIA was already teleporting individuals to the past and future to retrieve artifacts there and bring them back, while propagating holograms of past and future events with devices called chronovisors to also gather intelligence.

According to Mr. Basiago, the US government has had a fully operational teleportation capability since 1967-68, and by 1969-70, was already training a cadre of gifted and talented American schoolchildren, including himself, to become America’s first generation of “chrononauts” or time-space explorers.

This training, he said, culminated in 1981, when, as a 19-year-old, he teleported to Mars, first by himself after being prepared for the trip by CIA officer Courtney M. Hunt, and then a second time in the company of Hunt.  Both trips, Mr. Basiago said, were made via a “jump room” located at a CIA facility in El Segundo, CA.  The apparent purpose of the trips to Mars was to familiarize him with Mars because the CIA knew of his destiny as the discoverer of life on Mars and deemed it important that he visit Mars and experience it first-hand.

Mr. Basiago’s involvement in US time-space research as a child, as well as Courtney M. Hunt’s identity as a CIA officer, have been confirmed by Dr. Jean Maria Arrigo, an ethicist who works closely with US military and intelligence agencies, and by US Army Captain Ernest Garcia, whose storied career in US intelligence included both serving as a guard on the Dead Sea Scroll expeditions of Israeli archaeologist Yigal Yadin and as the Army security attaché to DARPA’s Project Pegasus.

Arthur Neumann has stated that he teleported to Mars in order to participate in a project meeting there at which Martian extraterrestrials were present.  Mr. Basiago has publicly stated that he and his father briefly met three Martian astronauts at a US defense contractor location while the Martians were there on a liaison visit from Mars.

These independent whistleblower statements, in turn, provide a threshold of corroborative evidence that an intelligent civilization lives under the surface of Mars, and that this civilization is involved in on-going secret liaison programs with agencies of the US government, including the CIA.

“When I asked Courtney M. Hunt why I had to teleport to Mars, he said, ‘Because the survival of the human race depends on it.’  At this point, we can only guess at what my CIA contact knew..

“Clearly, I was qualified to teleport to Mars because I had teleported back and forth between New Jersey and New Mexico as one of the children attached to Project Pegasus.  But the broader reason why I had to teleport to Mars remains a mystery.  

“Maybe it involved the normalization of relations between Earth and Mars pertaining to an extraterrestrial defense posture that was then being established.  Maybe it was something as basic as the fact that they knew that my discovery of life on Mars would inspire the next generation of Americans to become astronauts and space scientists."

I am grateful to those who have been the pioneers in the field of Time Travel and shared their wisdom with me. Especially the highly intelligent Spinner dolphin pods of Hawaii who introduced me to their WINDOWS IN TIME and took me there countless times while swimming in the ocean with them. I also acknowledge the work of Robert Monroe and the Monroe Institute in Virginia who prepared me for traveling into the ‘future’. More recently I learned of the excellent work of Burt Goldman who offers an entire series of Quantum Jumping on the internet. A big thank you to Jean-Luc Bozzoli whose artistic creations of multidimensional universes and portals have inspired me for the past 28 years. I give heartfelt recognition to my courageous friend, Andrew Basiago, who Teleported through Stargate portals as part of Project Pegasus with the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) beginning in 1969. Andrew has come forward to share the truth of this technology that exists in classified projects to this day.

In August, 2003, a group of 44 people gathered at Sky Island Ranch to interact with the Earth's grid system and ley lines. All of the Earth's four Bio Rhythms would be at peak operating frequencies on August 12, 2003. We were asked to interact with the Portal in a benevolent and compassionate way to increase the level of Divine Light on the planet. In a message from the Arcturians, we learned about the Portal opening that occurred every twenty years, and that the Earth was approaching a critical opportunity of accessing higher consciousness through the loving frequencies of aware Light workers on Earth. We were happy to be the channels for this increased Light.

Sixty years ago, when the military became aware of the opening of the portal, they used Tesla technology to generate an enormously powerful electromagnetic field, mostly in the range of radio waves. This intense field was powered by harnessing the vast amount of telluric "free energy" emanating out of the Earth itself. This energy field is referred to as the "geomagnetic grid" as it manifests itself in intersecting lines around the Earth. These lines are sometimes called "ley lines". The ancient Chinese referred to these lines as "dragon paths". One of Tesla's objectives while on the Earth plane was to harness and distribute this free energy.

The theories of Einstein also play a part in these energy fields. The Unified Field refers to the mathematical understanding of the quantum interplay between the frequencies of the entire electromagnetic spectrum: light, sound, radio waves, gravity, time and others still unknown to us. These forces are all interrelated with one another and together, along with the component of consciousness, form the fabric of space-time. We sometimes refer to this as the forces of Creation because they form the constructs of reality as we know it.

The original goal of the military in using these forces was to perfect their ability to teleport material objects, including military troops to anywhere on Earth's geomagnetic grid at any time.

However the energies as used by the military surprised them by removing objects entirely from this reality. When these things disappeared they would momentarily show up in diverse locations around the planet. Popping in and out, if you will. For example, the destroyer escort ship, the Eldridge, left 3-D reality and appeared in more than one place: off the coast of Norfolk, Virginia; somewhere in Northern Italy; in the Gobi desert; and off of Montauk Point, New York, before reappearing in Philadelphia. The men who survived that dangerous experiment lived the rest of their days, phasing in and out of view and trying to cope with being in multiple realms. During those years in the early 1940s the reality of multiple universes was still an unknown for most people. These sailors were certainly the pioneers of these new places in hyperspace, and with no advance preparation or training. It was impossible to live a normal three-dimensional life after that. They had become multi-dimensional beings, but with no control over it.

This also opened a path that began the government's research into what we call Time Traveling. The Eldridge had entered another time zone and the men exposed to that interplay of frequencies, found themselves in a different year in Earth's timeline. They arrived in the future, jumping ahead in 20 years increments. To return these men to the current timeline, military scientists were quickly deployed to reverse this phenomenon and to research this powerful energy field that generated it .

Remember that the intention of the military in playing with these energies was for the purposes of war, for deception and stealth. When you enter these powerful energies with those intentions, it is those thoughts that are mirrored back. The Philadelphia Experiment enabled beings from another space-time continuum to enter our reality. Opening a door between the higher dimensions and Earth, brought in an influx of beings from elsewhere. Had the focus been on doing good and using energies to help people (as Tesla had hoped) the beings coming in from other dimensions would have been the Angelic Ones, the spiritually advanced Light Beings who could assist us in a benevolent way to improve our lives and support our evolving consciousness. As it was, the military attracted to themselves (unbeknownst to them) entities who were warring and self-serving. These outer-planetary beings made a deal with the government to trade advanced technology for human sperm and cell samples of Earthlings. They were on the Earth plane, in our vibrational field and able to approach humans to find people who had agreed to be of help in the Earth's evolution and to quietly extricate some cells and sperm/eggs. The government assisted by denying the presence of these beings and by ridiculing anyone who told their story. In some cases, the military used hypnosis to over-lay a bizarre story on top of individual's ET contact story to confuse people and make their information contradict itself or sound so preposterous, no one would ever believe it. As you can imagine this led to deep grief for the victims who doubted their sanity.

Some people received implants at this time and the government agencies learned of this and retrieved some of these implants during autopsies when the person passed on. This led to experimental work on the use of implants for tracking people and locating American spies in foreign countries. It then spread out to be used to track "undesirables" who were a threat to the status quo. I also want to mention here that all "implants" are not negative. There are many Light workers on Earth who have implants which were needed in the earlier days on Earth, when the frequencies here, made it difficult to remain in easy contact with our home-based/ship-based families. These Light workers, incarnated on Earth, placed these implants in themselves (or had them placed within them) for the purpose of communication and contact at anytime, anywhere with interdimensional ET intelligence. This is what I did. I was well aware of the presence and usefulness of these organic transistors. Sometimes they caused ringing in the ears.

Some of the technological and spiritual advances that came about were the tiny transistors that led to the invention of computers, night-view lenses and cameras, time travel, anti-gravity propulsion and projects to change molecular structure of metals related to different gravitational conditions that allowed ET ships to exceed the speed of light.

The Mayans are very aware of the Earth Bio Rhythms or life cycles, of interacting with the Earth and the Sun, of choosing their activities according to the environment that surrounds and encompasses them. So, this being their way of life, it is not surprising that they knew of weather and vibrational changes on Earth and based their activities on these natural cycles.
They could decide when the cycle came round to enter a gateway to a different dimension. They could predict it, prepare for it, and then enter into it. To other Earth people and historians, it would appear their entire culture disappeared.

Similar to their ancient relatives, the Atlanteans and Lemurians - when it was time to change bodies, change form, to pass into or out of the seedcore of the planet, to leave one density and ascend into a higher one, they knew how to work with universal energies, to access certain force fields and change densities into another reality. They could go back and forth at will. Today we would call it time travel.
